MIXING AND USAGE :-
LEAKGUARD-C should preferably be mixed mechanically to ensure uniform mixing for better cohesive consistency. Take out the liquid portion of LEAKGUARD-C to a bucket and slowly add powder portion while mixing is on. Mix it thoroughly till a homogenous paint consistency is formed.
Mixed LEAKGUARD-C should be used/consumed within 10 to 15 minutes. (max).
APPLICATION PROCEDURE :-
Surface preparation :
Surface should be cleaned thoroughly by using wire brush and all loose particles, oil stains if any, dust, paint etc., should be removed and cleaned by sufficient quantity of water. Un-plastered, un-even surfaces or any cracks on the surface should be repaired to make it even for better bonding. Surface should be strong & sound.
Application :
The prepared surface should be sufficiently wet and water stagnation if any, should be removed. Then mixed LEAKGUARD-C to be applied uniformly by brush both vertical and horizontal directions, one by one. Two or three coats are recommended.
WATER CURING :-
Light sprinkling of water for 2 to 3 times on LEAKGUARD-C applied surface for the first day will benefit into added advantage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :- One extra coat of LEAKGUARD-C is recommended on the junctions and joints especially parapet wall bottom joints on rooftops. Slight water sprinkling on the first coat is recommended before starting second and subsequent coats.

LEAKGUARD-C is packed in two separate components in 9 kg powder and 5 Ltr liquid.
All concrete structures like Roof tops, basements, water tanks, sunken slabs, swimming pools, retaining walls, slope roofs etc. LEAKGUARD-C can also be used for coatings on asbestos sheets.
LEAKGUARD-C gives a coverage of above 150 sft per pack, double coat. ( 5Ltr liquid and 9 kg powder.)
LEAKGUARD-C can be stored in original sealed pack under shade in dry condition for 12 months
