DESCRIPTION

PRODUCT :- Single part and pre packed anti-corrosion protective coating for steel bars and steel surfaces. ANTICORE is a thick section coating designed to provide weather resistance to steel and reinforcement. It ensures excellent corrosion resistance to the reinforcement bars in general and particularly steel surfaces.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES :-
Working / Pot life:- @ 30º C - 30mins but water thinnable.
Touch Dry:- @ 30º C - 1 Hrs (Max.)
COLOUR : Available in red colour.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :-Steel reinforcement should be cleaned by wire brush. All loose particles should be removed to ensure good bond strength.

USAGE

On reinforcement steel. Specially designed for embedded steel in concrete and exposed steel.

MIXING

ANTICORE is a single part thick in nature and can be thinnable with water as per site requirement. Stir the product well within the container and then take it out for application. Addition of water is based on the requirement at site but not mandatory.

Mixed ANTICORE can be applied on steel bars by brush. Mixed ANTICORE can be kept in brush able consistency by sprinkling clean water periodically. Fully set ANTICORE can not be activated. Re-dosing with water is not recommended.

COVERAGE

Coverage is depending upon the application procedure adopted at site. However 1kg ANTICORE should be sufficient for coating around 100kg of steel bar of 12mm thickness.
