DESCRIPTION

ADMIX FLO is dark brown liquid based on modified sulphonated naphthalene polymer. The powerful dispersing capacity of this product facilitates reduction in water, while producing dense, cohesive and high strength durable concrete. The parameters of this product are designed to perform and justify both in smaller and higher grade of concrete mix by adjusting the dosage.

PRODUCT :- High range water reducing admixture for different grades of concrete conforming to BS 5075 part 4, ASTMC-494 type G and IS 9103-1999.

WORKABILITY :- ADMIX FLO increases workability & produces cohesive and dense concrete which facilitates easy placement.

STRENGTH :- Reduction in water addition, production of cohesive and dense concrete leads to increased early and ultimate strength which facilitates early removal of form work.

Specific gravity : 1.120 – 1.125
Chloride content : NIL as per BS 5075
Air Entrainment : Less than 1%
Compatible with all types of OPC.
Appearance : Liquid form
pH : 7.5 ± 0.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :- ADMIX FLO is high solid liquid product. Hence proper stirring is required to get optimum results. It is therefore requested to stir / shake well before every use.

USES

ADMIX FLO is recommended for obtaining high workability in the concrete with out addition of extra water. This helps reduction of water and achieves very early and 28 days ultimate strength. Also ideal for higher grade concrete, pre-stressed, pre-cast & pavement concrete, exposed slab and mass concrete making.

DOSAGE

200 ml to 800 ml per 50 kg of cement. However the optimum dosage to be determined at site.

SHELF LIFE

12 months from the date of manufacturing if stored in original container under shade.
