DESCRIPTION

MIXING :- LEAKGUARD MICROPLAST is two part product packed in a bag comprises of 9kg powder and 1 Ltr liquid. Take out the liquid portion (water thinnable) to a bucket and add about 2 to 2.5 Ltr of clean water and mix properly to form a white milky liquid. Add the powder portion into this liquid and mix thoroughly till plaster consistency is formed. Mechanical mixing is recommended.
Mixed LEAKGUARD-C MICRO should be used within 10 to 15 minutes. (max).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :-
I) Surface preparation:
Surface should be cleaned thoroughly by using wire brush and all loose particles, oil stains if any, dust, paint etc., should be removed and cleaned by sufficient quantity of water. Un-plastered, un-even surfaces or any cracks on the surface should be repaired to make it even for better bonding. Surface should be strong & sound.

II) Application:
Primer coating: On the wet surface applying one coat of cement slurry admixed with ADMIX SB LATEX is recommended for mechanical properties.
Screed placement: On the primed area, spread the mixed LEAKGUARD MICROPLAST uniformly and level it to get an average thickness of 5mm screed. This can be done either by a putty blade or trowel. However for horizontal surface applications, usage of a spike roll is recommended.

WATER CURING :-Though water CURING is not required, light sprinkling of water for 2 to 3 times will benefit into added advantage, especially during summer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONMixed LEAKGUARD MICROPLAST should be kept on the floor and cover it with a wet gunny bag to protect from direct sun. For extended pot life, clean water can be sprinkled to keep the mortar green.

USES

All concrete structures like Roof tops, basements, water tanks, sunken slabs, swimming pools, retaining walls, slope roofs etc. It can also be used on asbestos sheets before applying waterproof coating.

COVERAGE

LEAKGUARD MICROPLAST provides coverage of 40 to 45 sft per pack (9kg+1ltr) at 5mm thickness.
