DESCRIPTION

MIXING :- LEAKGUARD-C MICRO should preferably be mixed mechanically to ensure uniform mixing for better cohesive consistency. Take out the liquid portion of LEAKGUARD-C MICRO to a bucket and slowly add powder portion while mixing is on. Mix it thoroughly till a homogenous paint consistency is formed. Addition of water, if found necessary, can be added up to 1 Ltr (maximum) per pack.
Mixed LEAKGUARD-C MICRO should be used within 10 to 15 minutes. (max).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :-
Surface preparation :
Surface should be cleaned thoroughly by using wire brush and all loose particles, oil stains if any, dust, paint etc., should be removed and cleaned by sufficient quantity of water. Un-plastered, un-even surfaces or any cracks on the surface should be repaired to make it even for better bonding. Surface should be strong & sound.

Application :
The prepared surface should be sufficiently wet and water stagnation if any, should be removed. Then mixed LEAKGUARD-C MICRO to be applied uniformly by brush both vertical and horizontal directions, one by one. Two coats are recommended.

WATER CURING :-Light sprinkling of water for 2 to 3 times on LEAKGUARD-C MICRO applied surface for the first day will benefit into added advantage.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :- One extra coat of LEAKGUARD-C MICRO is recommended on the junctions and joints especially parapet wall bottom joints on rooftops. Slight water sprinkling on the first coat is recommended before starting second and subsequent coats.

LEAKGUARD-C MICRO is packed in two separate components in 9 kg powder and 5 Ltr liquid LV.

USES

All concrete structures like Roof tops, basements, water tanks, sunken slabs, swimming pools, retaining walls, slope roofs etc. LEAKGUARD-C MICRO can also be used for coatings on asbestos sheets and to fill & cover hair line cracks even up to 5mm on large section areas of both horizontal as well as vertical surfaces.

COVERAGE

LEAKGUARD-C MICRO gives a coverage of above 250 sft per pack, single coat. ( 5Ltr liquid and 9 kg powder.). Colour : White.

SHELF LIFE

LEAKGUARD-C MICRO can be stored in original sealed pack under shade in dry condition for 12 months.
