DESCRIPTION

PRODUCT :- Single part, ready to use, acrylic polymer based water proof coating product, in colour.

MIXING :- LEAKGUARD COLOUR COAT (T) is a solidified product and should be stirred well before every use. It is ready for use.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :-
Surface preparation :
Surface should be cleaned thoroughly by using wire brush and all loose particles, oil stains if any, dust, paint etc., should be removed and cleaned by sufficient quantity of water. Un-plastered, un-even surfaces or any cracks on the surface should be repaired to make it even for better bonding. Broken tiles, if any, should be removed and made good. Surface should be strong & sound.

APPLICATION :
The prepared surface should be moderately wet and water stagnation if any, should be removed. LEAKGUARD COLOUR COAT (T) to be applied uniformly by brush towards one direction maintaining proper hidden properties.

Product is water thinnable. Therefore sprinkling of clean water can be done for free movement of brush, during application. Two coats (vertical and horizontal) are recommended.

PROPERTIES :-
Colour : Terracotta. *
Touch dry: 30 minutes @30ºC. *
Full Cure: 24 hours.
Standard colours are Terracotta/Blue/Red/Orange/yellow.
Though water CURING is not required, couple of times water sprinkling after 5 hours of application will be an added advantage.

USES

LEAKGUARD COLOUR COAT (T) is designed for coating on clay tiles to protect the natural appearance and perfect water proofing purposes. The coating fills micro porosity on the tiles and provides water tight shield with excellent hidden properties and water repelling characteristics. LEAKGUARD COLOUR COAT (T) can also be used as a coating on floors and walls for aesthetic look. For slope roofs, LEAKGUARD COLOUR COAT (T) can replace Tiles by providing multiple benefits (natural appearance as well as water proofing) and reduce unwanted weight on the building.

COVERAGE

75 to 100 sft per kg, single coat.

SHELF LIFE

LEAKGUARD COLOUR COAT (T) can be stored in original sealed pack under shade for 12 months.
