DESCRIPTION

DBS 1011 is high performance, free flowing, fast setting, fiber reinforced, non-shrink, expanding characteristic patching material specially designed for OFC applications.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :- Surface preparation : Clean the surface by blowing air into required areas.

OPEN FOR TRAFFIC:- The area of application can be opened for light traffic after two hours.

HEALTH & SAFETY :- DBS 1011 is non-hazardous. However inhalation of dust should be avoided while handling. In wet state if contact with eyes, wash well with clean water.

QUALITY ASSURANCES :- DBS 1011 is manufactured under stringent quality control and compatible with different climates of India.

CURING

Though CURING is not required where temperature is less than 30ºc, for better performance water CURING by sprinkling two to three times after 2 hours of pouring, is recommended.

MIXING

Take required quantity of DBS 1011 and mix with water. Take 6 Ltr of water in a bucket and slowly add DBS 1011 powder and start mixing simultaneously preferably by hand drilling machine stirrer. While mixing is on, add remaining 1 Ltr of water to form a homogenous and free flowing mix. Mixed DBS 1011 should be used within 15 minutes. Re-dosing of water is totally discouraged.

POURING

DBS 1011 is a pour-able material which can easily flow into even a small gap of less than 10mm.

SHELF LIFE

6 months from the date of manufacturing.
