DESCRIPTION

PRODUCT :- Single pack, easy to use, high strength, water proofed, expanding characteristic, crack filling compound in grey colour.

APPLICATION METHOD :- The cracked area should be ‘V’ grooved. The surface should be widened (depth and width) to ensure proper repair and filling the cracks uniformly.

All the debris and loose particles from the groove mouth be removed and pre-wet the surface with water. Pre-wetting the surface is a MUST.

Mix CRACKSEALER-G with water. The addition of water (water/powder ratio), vary from place to place due to temperature and humidity. Therefore water should be used to mix CRACKSEALER-G till a homogenous or a semi-paste consistency is formed.

Place the mixed CRACKSEALER-G deep into the grooved gap by a putty blade, allow it to get penetrated, fill the area uniformly and finish it off.

USES

IMPORTANT

1. CURING:
CRACKSEALER-G has expanding characteristics to ensure perfect bond on both the sides of cracks and hence proper water CURING is necessary. Water CURING should be started after 2 hours of its application for smooth expansion and perfect bond. It is advised to cure the area with water 3 to 4 times a day for 2 days.

2. PRIMING
Though primer is not required for CRACKSEALER-G application, for exceptionally porous surfaces, it is recommended. ADMIX SB LATEX can be used as primer for better results.

SHELF LIFE

Minimum 6 months from the date of manufacture if stored in original container under shade, unopened.
