DESCRIPTION

ADMIX WALL PLAST is single pack, ready to use, fiber reinforced, cement based plaster mortar for both external and internal plaster applications. The graded silt free sand and fillers improve the quality of mortar. The bonding strength parameter is phenomenal and the addition of fibers keeping the surface free from drying shrinkage cracks for an exceptionally good plaster surface. Conforming to IS 2386 (part I to VIII)-1963 (reaffirmed – 2007) and IS 2250-1981 (reaffirmed-2005)

PRODUCT :- Single pack, cement based, pre-mixed and ready to use, fiber reinforced plaster mortar for both external and internal use & for patch repairs.

CURING :- Water CURING should be started after 10 hours and to continue for a week.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :- Intermittent re-dosing with water, after pot life, is not recommended. However sprinkling of water couple of times, within the pot life, does not change parameters.

USES

ADMIX WALL PLAST is designed for internal & external plaster works where quality, consistency and crack free plaster surfaces are important.

MIXING

ADMIX WALL PLAST is available in 25 kg bags which is pre-mixed and ready to use. Water addition recommended is 6.250 Ltr (max) at 30ºC for mixing. Mixed ADMIX WALL PLAST should be used as soon as possible to protect its parameters, but definitely in 1 hour

COVERAGE

One bag (25 kg) of ADMIX WALL PLAST should be sufficient to cover an area of approximately 25 sft at 15mm thickness.

SHELF LIFE

6 months from the date of manufacture if stored in original container under shade, unopened.
