DESCRIPTION

ADMIX GROUT III is based on specially processed cement, fillers and additives. It is ready to use component and only addition of water required at site. 25 kg ADMIX GROUT III requires 4 Ltr of water for pourable and 4.25 Ltr for flowing grout. Water powder (w/p) ratio is 0.17 and 0.19 respectively. ADMIX GROUT III is suitable for thickness between 10mm to 50mm. However in excess of 50mm thickness, cleaned and washed 10mm down aggregate can be incorporated to the mix at the rate of 50% to 100% of the quantity of grout used. Controlled expansion takes place in the unset material to ensure that the grout, when cured, will continue to occupy its original volume. For thicker section it is necessary to incorporate well graded and washed aggregate in to the grout to minimise heat build up.

PRODUCT :- Single pack ready to use, non-shrink, free flowing, self leveling, ultra high strength, cementitious grout designed with a blend of specially processed cement and fillers, with out corrosive substances.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES :-
Yield per 25 kg : 12.5 Ltr approx.
Pourable life : 10 TO 12 minutes max.
Application: 10ºC to 40ºC, Expansion (% Vol) 0.8 to 1.5,
Flow on flow table : 17 to 22cms.
